"I couldn’t get a straight answer from support"
I tried reaching out about my booking and felt like I was just being ignored for days. When someone finally replied, it was super vague and didn’t actually solve anything for me. Maybe others have had better luck, but from my experience, it was really frustrating when all I wanted was a simple update. I don’t think I’d use them again if this is how their support usually works.

"Okay Trip, But Updates Could Be Better"
The bus was okay and the driver was really nice, but the updates about delays were really not great. I got there in the end, so it did the job, but the whole thing just wasn’t very smooth...

I was expecting the order to go through, so it was a bit disappointing when it ended up getting cancelled. That said, I did get my refund without any hassle, so at least that part went the way I’d hope.

"Not worth it if you're in a rush"
I took Aircoach thinking it would be a quicker option, but the whole trip dragged way more than I expected. There was a long wait before we even left, which felt unnecessary, and then the journey seemed to stop constantly along the way. I ended up getting there late and was annoyed by the time I arrived. I wouldn’t rely on it if you actually need to be somewhere on time.

"Decent service, but more buses would help"
I don’t mind taking the bus here, and it’s usually fine—actually, the more I think about it, the main issue is just that they don’t come often enough. If they ran a bit more regularly, it would make getting around a lot easier

The coach itself was okay, so I’m not going to make a huge deal out of it, but the route stops were awkward. They added extra time to the trip and didn’t really seem to have a clear reason. Totally fine though, I suppose… just a bit frustrating

I used aircoach last week and the actual drive was totally fine, no issues with that at all. We got there on time, which I appreciated. The only thing was the driver seemed a bit annoyed whenever people asked questions and didn’t really say much. He wasn’t literally rude or anything, but it just didn’t feel very professional...

The booking showed the pickup point clearly enough, so I wasn’t wandering around thinking, okay, where am I supposed to be? I found it without much stress, which was a relief. That said, a bigger sign at the spot would definitely help make it even easier

I took this from Dublin and didn’t feel all that comfortable onboard. The driver was taking corners a bit sharply, and there were people standing near the front with bags all over the place, which made it feel a bit chaotic. The seat belt on my seat also wouldn’t click properly, so that didn’t exactly help. It was affordable, which is why I booked it, and we did get there in the end, but I’d still expect to feel a bit safer even at a lower price.

I took the Aircoach from Dublin Airport last week and was happy with it overall.
The bus was warm in a nice way, sorta just right really. It wasn’t too hot or stuffy like some coaches can be, and since it was cold outside, that made the trip a lot more comfortable.

The air felt fresh enough too, and I never felt uncomfortable during the ride. It’s a simple thing, but on a longer journey it really does make a difference. 5 stars from me

"Surprisingly on time both ways"
I wasn’t totally expecting everything to run that smoothly, but the bus showed up when it said it would both times and got me to the airport on time. No real stress, which was a nice surprise. I’d probably use it again...

"Kind of wish I’d picked a different option"
I’ve used Aircoach a few times now and it’s not awful. The drivers have been friendly enough and the bus was on time, so I can’t really complain about that side of things. But the seating situation is frustrating, especially on airport runs when it gets packed. The last time, my friend and I got on fairly early and still ended up sitting apart, which made me regret booking it a bit. It does the job, but for the price and the stress of hoping for a decent seat, I’m not sure I’d choose it again unless I had to...

I tried booking a ticket on aircoach and it was annoying. The site was loading really slowly, and the payment page didn’t feel clear at all. I ended up having to go back and check the times again because things weren’t showing properly. For something as simple as booking a bus ticket, it took way too long and just felt really messy. Definitely not a great first impression.

Bus showed up 25 mins late with zero updates, which had me stressing about my flight. Staff were fine, but I don’t really trust the schedule now.

I took aircoach last week and the seats were... fine, I think? Not awful or anything, but I wouldn’t say they were super comfy either. For a short trip they’re probably alright, but after a while my back started feeling a bit stiff. Maybe I’m just picky, but a little extra padding would’ve made a difference

I took Aircoach last week and was genuinely impressed. The coach was really clean, the seats looked fresh, there wasn’t any rubbish lying around, and even the toilet was in decent shape, which you don’t always get on buses. It smelled clean when I got on too, and the whole journey was comfortable. Definitely happy to use them again.

"Wifi was pretty much useless"
I used Aircoach recently and the onboard wifi was terrible, to be honest. It kept cutting out every few minutes, and even when it did connect, most pages barely loaded.

I wasn’t expecting anything super fast, but I thought I’d at least be able to check emails. On a long trip, it got annoying, so I definitely wouldn’t rely on the wifi

I took Aircoach to Dublin Airport for what it cost compared to a taxi, it felt like a decent deal. The bus did show up a little late, which was a bit annoying, but it wasn’t anything too dramatic. Overall, I’d say it’s a sensible option if you’re not in a huge rush and want to save some money. I’d use it again.
